CrossFit Kids is all about blending fitness and fun as we teach children about the importance of including fitness in their day to day life. Our goal is to help them develop skills through play-based games and exercises that keep all the children smiling and laughing while they learn.
CrossFit Teens is a safe and exciting way for youth to develop strength, confidence, and improve their fitness. This program teaches the importance of proper technique and body awareness. CrossFit Teens is a great compliment to any specialized sport program because it works on a broad range of movement which helps to prevent many repetitive-strain and overuse injuries which are becoming prevalent in youth sport populations. The program is just as suitable for youth who are just discovering the world of health and fitness and would benefit from knowledgeable coaching in a fun and diverse gym.
RCR’s CrossFit Kids Program runs in the Fall, Winter and Spring in 8-10 week sessions.
Registration is now open for our Fall 2018 session and is open to all children ages 5-12 years of age. Classes will be held Thursday evenings from 4:30 pm- 5:30pm starting September 27th running through December 6th. Register for this 10 week session with a fee of $190.00 per child.
