How long are the classes?
Our classes are one hour long and include a full warm up and workout. CrossFit at RCR makes it easy to come in and have a fun and productive workout without having to think of what you’re going to do in the gym.
Who can do CrossFit?
CrossFit is for anyone interested in improving their overall quality of life and establishing a functional level of fitness. Our members range from former professional athletes to Grandparents in their mid-seventies. Wherever you are on your road with fitness, we’re here to help!
I’m really out of shape and super nervous…
That’s okay, everyone must start somewhere. Take the first step and come talk with us, you have nothing to lose. Let us help you get started.
I have an injury; can I still do CrossFit?
Yes. Our programs can be modified (scaled) for injuries, limitations, and creaky joints.
Where should I park?
You can park in front of and behind our building and enter through our front entrance. You might even find yourself in our coveted, "Member of the Month" parking spot!
I’m visiting, can I drop in for a WOD?
Members of out-of-town CrossFit affiliates are welcome to drop in to any of our normally scheduled group coaching sessions for $25.00 per visit! The joy of CrossFit has always been in the community of amazing individuals, and we never want to lose sight of that. If you would like to stay for multiple days or weeks, give us a call or email and we’ll get you situated with a temporary membership. Click here to register.
Do you have showers?
RCR boasts some of the best amenities you’ll find in a CrossFit Box. We offer great locker rooms fully stocked with all the toiletries required to get you back to real life after crushing a WOD. We are happy to provide our members free access to our infrared saunas. For $10.00 a month you can rent a locker in the gym and experience the ultimate in daily convenience.
Do you offer a kid’s area?
RCR is a family friendly gym and well-behaved children are welcome to sit, unsupervised outside the exercise floor while their parents work out. Please ensure your children are occupied and that you are attentive to their needs should they require assistance during your WOD. If your child is compromising their own or member safety, you may be asked to remove them from the gym.
