The Ladies Only classes at RCR offer a community for women to feel safe, strong and empowered in the pursuit of fitness.
Whether our WODs call for burpees or barbells this class gives all women the opportunity to start, continue or expand their fitness journey. You won’t just get fit at RCR. With classes running Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30am our schedule accommodates both professionals and mothers with morning school routines. Getting back into groove with a little one in tow? We’re here to help and eliminate all the excuses with complimentary childcare while you practice some self care. New to CrossFit?
