Our Masters program offers a well thought out training program designed specifically for Masters athletes who are looking to stay healthy while taking into consideration the risk factors of active aging and how to mitigate them with a healthy lifestyle. The program runs year round with an emphasis on mobility and stability exercises, and movements core to CrossFit that we have seen directly benefit Masters athletes.
Our team of Coaches is skilled at adapting the CrossFit program for physical limitations, pre-existing injuries and all abilities using effective scaling and substitution strategies to help you accomplish your goals! Join us today and see that fitness can be fun and pursued for a lifetime!
