Whether you want to compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting or just improve your speed, strength and explosive power, the RCR Weightlifting Program is a great fit. Our focus on the fundamentals of weightlifting is great for beginners and has also produced multiple national champions. Participation depends on vacancy in the club and acceptance by coaching staff. Access is not included with standard memberships but is offered at a reduced monthly rate of $100 for RCR members.
